چکیده
About 1.6 billion tons of food are wasted worldwide annually, calling for advanced methods to recycle waste into energy and materials. Anaerobic digestion kitchen allows the efficient recovery energy, induces low-carbon emissions. Nonetheless, stability biogas production variables, due dietary habits seasonal diet variations that modify components waste. Another challenge is recycling digestate, which could be partly solved by more reactors anaerobic digestion. Here, we review bottlenecks treatment waste, with focus on inhibition, from slurry residue. We provide rules optimal organic fraction guidelines upgrade processes. propose a strategy using an dynamic membrane bioreactor improve model complete transformation based component properties.

Waste Management by Anaerobic Digestion of Kitchen Waste- A Review
Kitchen waste (food waste) collected from hostels and canteen has high calorific and rich nutritive value to microbes due to which efficiency of methane production can be enhanced. Biogas (Green energy) as an energy source is cost effective and generates a high-quality renewable fuel. Biogas contains around 55-65% of methane, 3040% of carbon dioxide. Methane has a calorific value of 10 kWh/Nm 3...

Kitchen (food waste) was collected from hostels of Cancer Hospital & Research Institute (CHRI), Gwalior’s Mess as feedstock for bio-reactor which works as anaerobic digester system to produce biogas energy. Production of biogas ,used as energy source, will be more cost effective, eco-friendly, cut down on landfill waste, generate a high-quality renewable fuel, and reduce CH4 and CO2 emissions, ...
متن کاملAnaerobic Digestion of Vegetable Waste
Fruit and vegetable wastes are produced in large quantities in Iran, and constitute a source of nuisance in municipal landfills. The objective of this study was to optimize the applications of anaerobic digestion for the treatment of municipal organic wastes. We studied the effect of organic loading rates on anaerobic digestion of vegetable wastes. The complete-mix, pilot-scale digester with wo...
متن کاملApplication of the Initial Rate Method in Anaerobic Digestion of Kitchen Waste
This article proposes a methane production approach through sequenced anaerobic digestion of kitchen waste, determines the hydrolysis constants and reaction orders at both low total solid (TS) concentrations and high TS concentrations using the initial rate method, and examines the population growth model and first-order hydrolysis model. The findings indicate that the first-order hydrolysis mo...
